1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Izwe Brands (Pty) Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Izwe Brands provides branding services, web design and development, company registration assistance, promotional products, and related business solutions. All services are subject to these terms.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept EFT, credit/debit cards via PayFast, and instant EFT via Ozow.
  • For projects over R5,000, a 50% deposit may be required.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and commence once all required information and payment have been received. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Revisions and Approvals

  • Logo design packages include the specified number of revision rounds.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
  • Work approved by the client is considered final.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables become the property of the client. Izwe Brands retains the right to showcase completed work in Quote unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of payment: Full refund minus admin fee.
  • Cancellations after work has commenced: Refund at our discretion based on work completed.
  • No refunds on completed and delivered work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Izwe Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
